On-Site Lead Generation/Prospecting/Social Communications
This position works closely with a Partner/Sales Consultant at our clients office (or virtually), with the focused responsibility of conducting research, find new prospects and, who would like to meet and explore the possibility of working together. The lead gen person is an outgoing person and enjoys contacting prospects, sending material, managing a CRM database, implemeting a social communications program, creating weekly sales reports, and is computer savvy. They are comfortable discussing our client’s services with a President or C-Level management and can quickly identify opportunities to help you nurture business relationships over time and schedule meetings on a regular basis. We train our employees in this position the program we are implementing on behalf our client---and the impact they have in the process. They work closely with the Partner/Sales Consultant who oversee the account and who also attends and qualifies the prospect meetings you schedule. This position offers flexible hours, 4-5 days a week to best achieve reaching the target on a daily basis and setting meetings. They also are able to go to weekly networking events and implement a social communications program for the client to support as well.
Partner/Sales Consultant/Closer
MatchPoint Partner/Sales Consultant manages 3-4 client accounts, implements a targeted new business sales support strategy and program. They have 20-30 years experience within their field; financial, healthcare, technology . . ., recommends and implements marketing and sales strategies to support the solution for a client. They conduct discovery, account manage and implement the sales process to the client. They oversee the lead gen/prospecting person, provide weekly reports and run weekly sales meetings. They qualify each prospect interested in our clients services---meet, negotiate and close. We nurture five+ channels of opportunity and implement a process from research to closing business. This Partner position works closely with the President who will be strategizing with you and the client to provide a targeted sales process to meet their goals. You will report results, recommendations, improvements and adjustments on an ongoing basis.
